Which religion is older… Hinduism or Abrahamics?

Islam is older than Hinduism? What? Oh no.

Misinformed Among Abrahamics.

I see this misconception among Abrahamics. And their claim, especially among Muslims. Islam is the oldest religion, earlier than Hinduism.

Their premises are based on their scriptures both Christian and Islam.

Islam and Christianity started with Adam the first man on earth, while Hinduism assume started after /during Abraham, and Abraham is thought to be Brahma (one of Trimurthi). Since Abraham was later than Adam. Their claim is 'valid' as per their scripture. This claim was proposed by Ahmad Iqram Mohd Noor in his book called 'Kau Sembah Apa?' without knowing anything about Hinduism. I had countered this before, but still some of them believed it and claiming. They should not compare and claim.

Hindu Scriptures.

Hindu scriptures (Srimad Bhagavatam) said, Brahma creates one Manu for every each Manvantara. At present, now is the 7th Manu (Vaisvatara Manu, first human for this Manvantara) appeared in Dravida Desa some 120,533,123 years ago. While, the appearance story of Adama is mentioned in Bhavisya Purana, in Kaliyuga which started in 3102 BC. If Adama and Adam are the same person, then Abrahamic religion is a very recent religion compared to Hinduism which is an eternal religion (no beginning or ending).

To be exact, today is 7th of Aadi (4th month), 5122 (year of Plava) Kaliyuga (4th yuga), 28 th Chaturyuga, 7th Manvantara (Day in Brahmaloka)...

Brahma’s Life.

Brahma creates 1 Manu for each Manvantara. 14 Manus will be created in each Brahma's life span. Brahma’s life is about 72,000 Kalpas/ 311.04 trillion years (day and night in Brahma loka). Mahapralaya/ Universe destruction/big bang will take place after Brahma'a life span ends), 1 day of Brahma is 1 Kalpa/ 4.32 billion (14 Manvantara/ Pralaya/ minor destruction) years on earth, 1 Manvantara is 71 Chaturyuga / 306.72 million years. 1 Chaturyuga/ Divyayuga / Mahayuga is 4 yugas (Satya,Treta,Dvapara and Kali)/ 4.32 million years. 1 Satya yuga is 1.728 million years, 1 tretayuga is 1.296 million years, 1 dvapara yuga is 864,000 years and 1 Kaliyuga is 432,000 years. This list is mentioned in Aryabhatiya by Aryabhata and Vedanga Jyotisha and many Puranas.

“Dalam agama Hindu, kisah Adama hanya timbul di Zaman Kali / sekarang (bermula sejak 3102 BC), sebelum itu ada 3 Zaman yang lebih awal lagi, iaitu Zaman Satya, zaman Dvapara, dan Treta. Set 4 zaman ini dipanggil Chaturyuga, sekarang ialah Chaturyuga yang ke 28 daripada 71 kesemuanya, Lengkap 71 Chaturyuga dikira 1 Manvantara. Sekarang ialah Manvantara yg ke 7 daripada 14 kesemuanya dikira 1 Kalpa ( 1 Brahma)...

Setiap Manvantara ada satu Svayambhu Manu / manusia ciptaan pertama oleh Brahma. Untuk Manvantara ke 7 ini manusia pertama ialah Vaivasvata Manu....

Bro, orang Hindu tidak akan cuba impress orang kerana tiada agenda convert.. So tak perlu heran atau takjub. Be yourself.

(Bro, Hindus will not try to impress people because there is no agenda to convert .. So there is no need to be surprised or amazed. Be yourself.)

From the above we know, Hinduism is very far older compared to the story of Adam in Abrahamics. And the Brahma in Hinduism definitely not the Abraham in Islam.

Every Brahma’s life span is 311.04 trillion years and will be replaced with a new Brahma. That means , the universe will be dissolved/destroyed/ Mahapralaya and a new beginning. So, it is a cycle of no beginning (aathi) or ending (antham). When we explain to them, they cannot take it. If so, why do they need to talk about Hinduism?
