Caste is either a group of people having privileges
or discriminated against because of his birth and
inherited for generations. The very reason is the
human ego, greed, and to main status quo of a
group of people over others. No religion endorsed
the caste system, but humans tend to practice it.

Islam does not recognize any caste system
but the Muslims practice it. The best example
is Persia and India, the existing human divisions
in these regions were adopted by the local
Muslims. Even every people on the globe practices
the caste system in different names without acknowledging
it. Muslims practicing caste under the pretext of
religious requirement or it is not caste at all.

Similarly, there is no caste system in Hinduism.
Only the Hindus were openly labeled as practicing
caste.  It is the Varna system. According to the varna system,
no one is higher than the other by birth. At atmic
level all are equal in the eye of God. One falls
lower only because of own deed, word, or thought
not in line with Hindu customs. Example, Hinduism
prohibits eating beef, if one eats beef then he /she
falls into the category of pariah/outcaste / (kafir
as per Islamic term).

In fact, the caste system practiced in  most societies
of the world including  Muslims.
The caste system used later part by the foreign invaders
in India to penetrate into Hinduism.   Some people
claim they were high caste, such as Brahmin, they
need that to protect their status quo,  actually in the
eyes of God all are the same. So the so proclaimed
high caste came up with their own rules.

Situations of religious requirements versus caste
practiced.
1.   Food not consumed.
Hindus (Brahmins) don't eat food cooked by  other
groups, reason not clean / not follow (acharam) the
religious rules etc. because the food needs to be acharam,
how to prepare, who to prepare, and what type of food for
a particular occasion. These Brahmins were dealing
with temples and rituals. So, they were very particular
with every inch of the temple and religious order.
Look back at Muslims,  they do the same, aren't they?
Muslims don’t eat food prepared by the non-Muslims
in the pretext of halal rules. Some claim it is religious
requirements, not caste. Even some claim they eat
food prepared by anyone if it is halal but if the non
Muslim is considered unclean (Q:9:28) than how it is
possible. Many Muslims don’t eat.   If so, is it caste
system? Am I wrong?

In both situations, they were claiming about religious
the requirement, but the Muslim assume that their
eating habit is religious order but the Hindus
(Brahmins) are practicing caste.

2. Not allowed to enter holy places.
In Hinduism, in those times, certain groups of people of
pariah/outcaste / Dalits etc. were not allowed into
temples for reason, they are not Hindus. Since
they were not Hindus, they never practice or follow
any Hindu order. Thus, the prohibition to enter is
maintained until the idea of secular penetrated
our life.  Just to remind, if one is Hindu then he or
she can't be a pariah / dalit / outcaste. If one thinks
he or she is a pariah / dalit / outcaste / kafir then he
or she cannot be a Hindu. Even among Hindus, there
are prohibitions to enter temples. 30 days for
birth/death and 3 days for menstruation.
Back to Islam,  Islam also practices the same.  No non
Muslim is allowed to enter the Masjidil Al Haram (Mekah).
What is the reason? Some claim for security reasons
and there are issues of unclean / cleanliness (Mandi wajib).
Surah At Tawbah Verse 28, "O you who believe! the
idolaters are nothing but unclean, so they shall not
approach the Sacred Mosque after this year..."
Am I right? Is this prohibition is the ritual requirement or
caste? Is it not caste? If this is not caste, then how is
possible to claim Hindus practicing caste?

3.Social strata classifications among Muslim people.
Evidence of social stratification can be found in several
later Persian works, such as Siyasatnama of Nizam
al-Mulk (11th century), Akhlaq-i Nasiri of Nasir al-Din
al-Tusi (13th century), and Jam-i-Mufidi (17th century).

Arabs and non-Arabs (mawali/ clients ,subordinates).
a.Arabs and Ansaris
Original Arabs compared to the direct descendants
of Muhammad.  Islam allowed societies to maintain certainly
social status for certain groups of people based on their
lineages and tribes. Thus, for example, persons who
came from certain noble Arabic (prophetic) lineages
kept a special status in terms of them not receiving
charity and perhaps having some special conditions
for accepting marriage proposals, and so on. Recently
some Arabic cleric has openly declared about
Pakistani Muslims as Arabs slaves.

b.Ashrafs and non Ashrafs (India)
Most of India's 140 million Muslims are descended
from local converts. Many of them converted to Islam
to escape the so-called caste oppression. A majority of 75% of the
present Indian Muslim population is called the Dalit
Muslims, according to Ejaz Ali, leader of an
organization representing socially disadvantaged
Muslims.

i.Ashrafs
Ghaus Ansari (1960) named  four Muslim castes
in India.
Ziauddin Barani, the 14th-century political thinker of
the Delhi Sultanate recommended that the "sons of
Mohamed" (i.e. Ashrafs) be given a higher social status
than the low-born  Ajlafs.
Some Arabs, Iranians, Persians, Turkeys claim they
were noble castes (ashraf  / direct descendants of Arabs).
Ashraf, who claim foreign-origin descent from Balochs,
Afghans, Arabs, Persians, and Turks etc.such as-Sayyid,
Mughal, Baloch, Pathan, and Sheikh
ii. Non-Ashrafs, Mawalis or Ajlafs
Non-Arabs descendants. The local Muslims in India
are considered as inferior caste (razil, kamin, ajlaf),
because they are not direct descendants of Arab,
they converted for purpose, ( by the sword in early Islamic
invasion, to escape death or jizyah). This also in Pakistan,
Bangladesh, South East Asia.  As in record, Ziauddin al
Barani in Fatawa i Jahandari. Ibn Batuta, saw in the court
of Delhi sultanate, high post for the upper caste of Arabs
descendants only.

iii. Converts from upper castes
e.g. Muslim Rajputs
iv. Converts from other "clean" castes
e.g. Darzi, Dhobi, Dhuniya, Gaddi, Faqir, Hajjam (Nai),
Julaha, Kabaria, Kumhar, Kunjra, Mirasi, Manihar and
Teli
v.Converts from untouchable castes which are considered
clean by Muslims and part of Ummah
e.g. Bhangi. The untouchable Hindu converts are also
categorized as Arzal ("degraded"). They are relegated
to menial professions such as scavenging and carrying
night soil
c. Mualaf (Malaysia), a new convert into the religion.
Why need such a label for another Muslim? In the eye of Allah,
there is no such thing as born Muslim or mualaf. It is the
taqwa to consider the path to Jannah.

4.Marriage among people.
Hindus were blamed for practicing caste during marriages.
Actually, among Indians we are very concerned about  jati
(subrace) who have their own method of prayer based
to Kulaacarya (a family tradition), Gotra (Guru sampradaya /
Teacher’s lineage and Desaacharya ( Clan lineage ). Every group
has its own different practice even though they are
under the Hindu umbrella. So, it is important to check in detail
if the two families can get along after marriage. If this is
called caste, then look at Muslims.
a. Kafaa (Equality of status)
Equality of status in marriage practiced by Muslims in India
even today.  The high caste will not be marrying low caste
people, example Dr Ambedkar chooses  Buddhism instead
of Islam because of kafaa practice among Muslims.

b.Arabs never married outside.
Why the Arab females never married outside of Arabia?
Did any of the Malays in Malaysia marry an Arab?  The only
mixed marriage happened at those times, not now. The Sheikhs,
Saids etc.

c. Why there is no marriage take place between a Muslim
from Mazhab Sunnah Waljamaah with a Muslim from
Mazhab Syiah. Both were Muslims as per scriptures
because it never mentioned by the Quran, said by Zakir in
his lecture. For some countries, the different sect / mazhab
declares other mazhab as deviant. This is some  local issue,
as per Quran, there is no mazhab

d. Muslims don’t marry kafirs.   Muslims don’t marry a non
Muslims (Kafir) because of the impurity of the person in the
eyes of God. Similarly, Hindus don’t marry the outcaste
such as pariah, dalit, or mleccha because they are not
Hindus. Which is called caste here?

5. Arabs control the Kaabah.
Why only the Arabs from Quraisy tribe (servant of Kaabah)
controls the Kaabah? If all Muslims are equal in the eyes of
God, why the non-Arabs are not allowed to hold the duty to
manage the house of God?

6. This Arabic religion  divide up people into a category
of human loved by God (believer)  and human hated by
God (Kafir), kafir are the worst creature, lowest among
creatures, the God-created kafirs meant to be burnt in
hell and can be killed if necessary.

Conclusion.

Even though religion never prescribed the caste system,
but the human raced practiced it for various purposes.
Neither Hinduism nor Islam endorsed the caste system.
But the human ego and greed cannot reject that.
Hindu religion often labeled as a religion that practices
caste. In fact, HINDUS DON'T PRACTICE CASTE.
Instead, men of all religions and not religious practice
caste in daily life. The words Caste, Jati, and Varna
have been manipulated by groups of religious predators
to increase their religious followers. The term caste
never existed in any of the Hindu Scriptures. In fact, it is a
Latin word used by Portuguese to divide themselves
based on bloodline. The caste terminological has been
misappropriated to manipulate, (for over 2000 years)
to attract and convert people.
